At Fennec Goods, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a second email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $10 AUD

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $15 AUD

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as public holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
At this stage, Fennec Goods ships only within Australia.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at hello@fennecgoods.com so we can assist you.
